It came as no surprise, and after much speculation, it’s now official – Love The Way You Lie has picked up 7 Grammy Nominations, for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Duo, Best Video and Best Rap Song, along with Eminem’s Recovery album also being up for Album of the Year and Best Rap Album. The mega-hit by Eminem and Rihanna spawned 2 sequels (all 3 songs being penned by Skylar Grey, along with Ms. Grey providing background vocals and piano the Part III), which appeared on Eminem’s Recovery album, and Rihanna’s LOUD album.

The Grammy Awards themselves will take place on February 13th, on CBS.
